To the gentlemen of Sigma Phi Epsilon,
First and foremost, I would like to say thank you. Thank you for your presence in my life. You have given me such an amazing support system throughout these past 3 years and I don’t think I would have been able to get through some of my worst times without your comfort and reassurance. Thank you for always having my back and pushing me to reach my full potential. Whether it be long nights at the library or preparing for an interview, you have always motivated me to be the best version of myself. Thank you for encouraging me to stay true to myself. I have known some of you long before my college years and I appreciate the reminders that I am loved for the woman I have become, and I should not stray from my personal values. Thank you for allowing me the honor of wearing your letters. In life, there are few moments that are filled with true, uninterrupted happiness. The moment I was asked to be your sweetheart was one of those moments for me.
The men of this organization have been there for me beyond the stresses of college life. When I take a step back and look at the members of this fraternity I see my biological brother, my best friend since kindergarten, my senior year spring break squad, my big, and my best friends. But I see more than just that, I see my family. In one way or another, each of you have touched my life and I have learned so much from you. When I look back at my college years, I am going to be able to remember a lot of crazy things. But all of my best memories and my most unforgettable stories are going to be with the brothers of Michigan Kappa. So, once again, thank you for allowing me the privilege to be your sweetheart. I am so humbled and honored to wear these letters.
Virtue, Diligence, Sweetheart Love.
